What a beautiful day it was for Ashley and Gene, who got married at The Little Vineyard on 22nd June 2019. They arrived in style in matching blue and white vintage cars, after their off site ceremony at their church concluded. When the guests arrived at the Little Vineyard, they were greeted with canapes and drinks to kick off the reception part of the wedding, leaving Ashley and Gene to take photos with their bridal party without worrying about their guests.
Charmaine Visuals took beautiful photos while Jacqui Naunton documented the entire day on video for the couple. The bridesmaid’s deep maroon dresses went perfectly with the groomsmen navy suits, as they all wondered through the venue to take photos and memories that will last a lifetime. Ashley had a faux fur jacket which was perfect for the time of the year and made for stunning photos with the festoon lighting from the Little Vineyard in the background.
The venue was decorated by Ashley’s extremely talented friend who did all the flowers for the day. We love when couples incorporate their friends and family into the day, as it creates a special connection to the wedding.
Their first dance was to the very fitting, “Can’t help falling in love with you” by Elvis Presley, which was a beautifully choreographed piece. This led into some very heartfelt speeches by their nearest and dearest before the dance floor kicked off after a very special father daughter dance.
Their wedding was a perfect day and representation of the couple. When the Bride and Groom are both incredibly genuine, kind and surrounded by extremely caring family and friends, it makes for the best day.
